CUSTOM ORDERS

Lilla Soap Company provide custom orders that ideal for:

• Special occasions 
  • Home Warmings/Blessing
  • Bridal Showers/Wedding
  • Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties
  • Birthdays
  • Anniversaries
  • Holidays
  • Gift Giving
• Individuals with allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients
• Individuals who simply do not want to be without their favorite soap, fragrance, or color. 

Occasionally, we may be out of stock or do not carry the color or fragrance you requested.  When this happens, we will do our best to order the items from our suppliers.  If these items are not available through our suppliers, we will work with you to find a suitable substitution.   It is our goal to fulfill your original custom order; however, when substitutes are needed, we will seek your approval prior to using substitutes.

Custom orders generally require 4 – 6 weeks to fulfill.  Because all custom orders are freshly made, we are not allowed to ship handcrafted soaps until it has completed the curing process, generally four weeks.  Orders needing substitutes that require ordering through our suppliers may require an added two weeks for fulfillment.
